Ausfab was engaged by a premier diesel power generation provider to design and manufacture a range of robust steel generator bases.
These base frames are fabricated using heavy-duty steel, with an intelligent design that takes into account the necessary weight-bearing and seismic requirements. The clever integration of heavy-duty certified lifting points, positioned with weight-distribution in mind, ensures safety and stability when transporting and relocating.
Each of these base frames will serve as a stable platform for a unique engine, ancillary and custom canopy combination, and will be distributed to some of Australia’s premier power generation projects.
